General Information

Rudan Maritz established my Uniform Structures cc. in May 1994. Rudan has been in the building industry since 1982, first as a student while completing his BSC. Building Management degree, and later as partner at Costa Zervas Projects, a building firm in Pretoria. Since the Close Corporation was formed in 1994, it has grown from a small business to a stable organization building luxury houses mainly in Waterkloof Ridge and surroundings. My Uniform Structures is a member of the Masters Building Association that serves as a regulating body that ensures quality and professional building work.

My Uniform Structures take pride in the fact that we have only builded with a few architects over the past years. We repeatedly find ourselves working with the same professional team. Any builder should be a pleasure to build with, not only to the professional team, but also to the employer.
My Uniform Structures has also a section of the locals that follow our company with great interest. They know of all our previously contracts - who, when and where we build is sometimes common knowledge. We never underestimate the intelligent of the public.
It is clear to all that we do take the neighbourhood into account when we built. We have a limited amount of workers that sleep on site. We have no illegal foreigners working for us. We try to keep our sites tidy and we liase with the neighbours so that they are also informed as to the contact telephone numbers in case of emergency or irritation. We do take responsibility of our site and neighbourhood.
The Master Builders Association (MBA) can also vouch that no complains has ever been laid against My Uniform Structures.
